The Best Lean Cuisine Ever

Still got some junk in your trunk from the holidays? Dragging yourself to the gym and not seeing any payoff? Same goes for Jan. And she knows what she has to do. As Marcia says smugly:

"Eat less. Move more."

But why is it that when you start a diet, you can't think of anything but FOOD? Even though you are eating your six small meals a day and know that you are getting enough, you can barely make it to the fridge without a dizzy spell?

Well, because you need to eat things that will "get you through." You can't waste calories on fluff foods that only provide brief "containment." Such foods include energy bars that taste too good to be true. They are good. They are fine on a diet. But you will be hungry five minutes later.

To that end, if you want a really yummy, very satisfying meal (lunch or dinner) check out the Grilled Chicken Caesar bowl by Lean Cuisine. It's the best! Make your family whatever you want for dinner. But you have this. You will be completely sated! (WARNING: This is very garlicky. Don't try this at work!)

"Herb-grilled chicken tenderloins tossed with freshly made garlic flavored pasta in a creamy Parmesan- Caesar sauce with red peppers and broccoli florets. 6 grams of fat, 230 calories. 5 Weight Watchers points"

FIVE Weight Watchers points? That's a steal. The average woman who wants to lose weight will have between 20-22 points a day. If you work out, you can consume 3-4 more points. Big whoop.

Here are some great guilt-free snacks to keep you on track:
